after all this chaos Iwent to my room got dressed and went straight to the hospital to check on Yousif.

3ogob ma 5ala9na min hal 7owsa I was going to meet Ali for coffee so I went to my room and I had my outfit ready from yesterday, I wore a dark knee length fitted jeans skirt with a colorful shirt and a pair of high heels and to rap it all up I wore a navy knee length coat since it was freezing outside, I also got my hair straightened and I was ready to go .

The professor entered the class so we stayed quite. After that I attended the rest of my classes and once I was done I called Bader.

We went back to the hospital Bader stayed for a while then he left me alone with Yousif. I stayed there for 3 hours just reading Quran and I also had some assignments to do so I used that time doing them. Yousif didn't wake up during those 3 hours but the nurses kept coming and going every once in a while.

So as usual I woke up changed and went to Uni, attended my classes then headed out with Bader to have some lunch, I absolutely loved the food and his company as well. Once we were done with lunch we went to the movies during the movie my phone rang disturbing everyone around us but i was shocked from the number that was flashing on my screen

Doctor Thomas

I picked up immediatley

Sindis: Doc is everything alright

Doc: unfortunatley not Sindis you have to come here immediatley

Sindis: you're scaring me what's wrong?

Doc: the hotel reported that yousif was found unconsious in his room so please come right now

Sindis: okay I'm on my way

Doc: ok

and I closed my phone

And I explained everthing to Bader and that no one could know anything and he understood I started crying because I was panicking ya3nee this isn't going too well with Yousif we arrived at the hospital after 10 minutes

Nurse: I'm not sure you'lll have to wait till doctor Thomsan gets out of the operation room then you can talk to him

We waited for 5 hours and there was no sign of the doctor he didnt leave the operation room the girls kept calling me and I kept on making some excuses for why I was late Bader 7araam stayed with me the whole time trying to comfort me

Nurse: Ok I'll go and bring you some updates with what's going on

after 5 minutes she returned

Nurse: the doctor will be out in half an hour and he'll tell you everything

Sindis: but is everything alright

Nurse: I can't say anything the doctor will have to tell you

Doctor: thank god everything's under control he fainted in his room and he bumped his head really hard on the floor which caused inner bleeding in his brain so we had to take him to the operation room and stop the bleeding immediatley

Doctor: he's perfectley fine

Doctor: yes offcoarse

The nurse led me to his room wigaft bara bab il gorfa kint 5ayfa adish bil awal bas kan lazim at6aman 3alayh, the room was so quite all u can hear was the sound of the machines and his hard breathing through the mask, he looked so weak he looked so tired shakla kan iy3awer il galb his lips were purple, his hands were so cold, he had black circles under his eyes , his face was so pale he was laying there so still no one was around him he was all alone.

first of all he took me to london eye
the view was spectacular the ride took us for about an hour and the next hour and a half we roamed around the city he took me to these new places that i never knew existed at about 2:30 we headed to the hospital i started to get nervous m hands were sweating my heart was beating i didnt know what to expect





Doc: hi yousif how are you feeling



Yousif: good I'm feeling good



Doc: so are you ready



Yousif: yeah i think so



Doc: so will you be companying him during chemo

Doc: is she the ur girlfriend cuz i have seen her coming with u before

he took us to this room where there was a medical chair that had some plugs attached and there were a couple of chairs filling the empty cold room after a few minutes the nurses came in and the attached some stuff on yousif and they started doing their own business I stayed with yousif the whole time it was difficult seeing him go through this but i stayed strong for him I kept talking non stop so that he wont get bored he told me some stories about him and Noor we laughed every now and then


Doc: ok yousif we're done


Yousif: at last


Doc: hahaha i'll see when ur next appointment will be and i'll inform u


Yousif: okay no problem thank u doc


Doc: umm miss sindis may I please talk to u


Sindis: yeah offcoarse ( shit )


we went to the docs office and a million thoughts were going through my head what might possibly go wron i thought


Doc: loook i have to tell u this and i'm not going to tell Yousif yet but u have to inform his family ok?


Sindis: ok doc please ur making me nervous


Doc: Yousif dosn't have enough time it would be a miracle if he lived for a year


Sindis: WHAT!!!!


Doc: please i've called u here so that he would spend the rest of the time he has with his family and friends


I couldn't take it anymore i ran from the doctors office into the nearest bathroom and I cried once again I cried for Yousif, I cried for the man who dosn't deserve any of this, the man who has always been there for his loved ones , the man that would give his life in order to make u happy, this is it for him in less than a year there wont be anymore Yousif no more him teasing Noor all the time No more silly jokes during the afternoon there's just no more YOUSIF

i stayed in the bathroom for half an hour crying my heart out he kept calling me but i didnt answer i just sent him a message informing him that i will be out in a second i looked at myself in the mirror thinking that one day that might be me in his shoes not knowing that i would die so soon I washed my face and left the bathroom my eyes were puffy my nose was red i looked misserable
